The Agency will make every effort to address and resolve such technical issues promptly. However, the Client understands that the Agency is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by technical problems on Amazon’s platform. The Client agrees to cooperate with the Agency in resolving such issues and understands that the Agency’s ability to work on the account may be impacted by factors beyond its control. The Agency shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Client as a result of technical problems on Amazon’s platform.”
